ingredient:
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup thick coconut milk
2 tbspn custard
pandan leaves
5 eggs yolks
method:
1) mix water with sugar to make it likes caramel in a large pan onto stove.when it's turns yellow put in coconut milk & stir continuously until it well blend.
2) let it cold for a while.make sure the coconut milk & caramel mixture really cold (touch with ur finger to make sure it's not warm). then drop the yolks one by one.after that cook it over medium heat.
3) now u can put custard & pandan leaves as a last ingredient.continue stirring over medium heat until the mixture boiling. it shows that ur KAYA is DONE! enjoy
