chocoflan MEXICO FAMOUS DESERT

chocoflan is 1 of the famous desert from mexico.the secret ingredient to make it taste unpredictable is the cajeta ( Mexican caramelized milk).but if it hard to find cajeta in local store u can just use caramel instead of cajeta.

ingredient:
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tspn baking soda
1/4 tspn baking powder
1 stick + 2tbspn butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk

method:
1-sift all the dry ingredient together.set a side
2-cream butter & sugar.then crack egg directly into the butter mixture.then in-cooperate completely in the butter&sugar mixture.
3-pour the dry ingredient into butter,sugar mixture.beat until there is no lumps.then pour little by little milk into batter,continue stirring.add balance of dry ingredient.

ingredient:(for flan)
1 tin evaporated milk
1/2 tin of condensed milk
1tbspn vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 pckt cream cheese

method:
blend all the ingredient together.

****combine cake batter & flan together.

1-grease pan with butter all over the pan.then pour cajeta or caramel into the pan.then pour directly into the pan.use spatula to spread the batter over the pan.
2-now pour directly flan over the cake batter.bake using water bath.before that cover your pan with aluminium foil so that the water will not go inside the cake batter.bake for 350 dgree for 1 hour.
