biskut almond london




ingredient:
185g butter
125g sugar
250g flour
1 cup almond nut
3 tbspn corn starch
1/2 tspn sodium bicarbonate
a pinch of salt
ground almond

method:
1) cream butter, sugar & a pinch of salt.
2) pour flour, corn starch, & soda bicarbonate into the butter mixture.
3) drop a tspn of mixture into cookies mole & drop almond in the middle of the cookies mixture.bake for 15minute.
4) let it cold.pour some melted chocolate on top & decorate with ground almond.
