cup cakes




ingredient:
175g butter
175g caster sugar
3 eggs
1 tspn vanilla essence
175g self raising flour
1/2 tspn baking powder
1tbspn milk (if needed)


method:
1) preheat oven to 190 Celsius. cream butter & caster sugar. Add 1 tspn vanilla essence. gradually beat along with beaten eggs little by little.
2) sift in 175g self raising flour & 1/2 tspn baking powder then gently fold in.
3) the mixture should be easily to drop of the spoon,if it doesn't add up a little milk & continue stirring.
4) bake.filling each of cup with 3/4 full.bake for 10-12minute.

icing:
~500g icing sugar with 2tbspn water.divide & put what ever color u want.top each cup cake with icing & put sprinkles as u wish.
